Nathan Drake, the main Character of the popular action adventure game Uncharted: Drakes Fortune, may not be a badass at first sight, but people who have played the game know how tough Nate can really be, shooting someone down when a second later you kick another guy in the head, no one can deny Nate is a badass…especially after the latest footages of Uncharted 2: Among Theives, where we see Nate pulling an enemy and then pushing his head on the wall, badass.

 

 

#9 – Nathan Hale:

Nathan Hale (yes another Nathan!) is the main character in both Resistance: Fall of man and Resistance 2, after the chimeran attack in Europe in R1, Nathan Hale got infeceted with a Chimeran Virus, and in Resistance 2 you play Hale while at the same time the chimeran inside him is taking over him slowly and painfully, (SPOLIER ALERT) at the end of the game where Hale finally beats Daedalus, you get his allmighty powers where then you finally feel like the most badass soldier in the world, those who finished the game know exactly what im talking about.

#8 – Altair:

Franchise: Assassins Creed

Altair,The Assassin who was sent to murder 9 leaders, wont be stoped, this badass fights hordes and hordes of guards without being scratched, and then finally delivers the final blow with his sneaky hidden blade..piercing through the throat of his enemy, and then running away like nothing has happend, badass.

Sam Fisher,the protagonist in the Splinter Cell series is known for his acrobatic and climbing skills, using his three-lensed goggles he will take out every enemy in the dark silently without being even noticed, so watch out for this badass…he will get you without you knowing he ever came.

#6 – Nariko:

Franchise: Heavenly Sword

Nariko is the main character in the Playstation 3 title “Heavenly Sword”, she might seem harmless and weak at first, but once the enemies aproach she will tear them apart by every attack possible, one memorable attack is when she is throwing the enemy in the air and then when he lands, slashing their balls with her sword, no denying Nariko is one hell of a fighter, and one hell of a badass.

Marcus Fenix is the main character in both Gears of War and Gears of War 2, and there is no denying he is a badass, ripping and slising apart the Locust with his chainsaw attachment on his weapon. Marcus is a badass in words too, some quotes like  “They can eat shit and die for all I care” , oh..how sweet of you Marcus.

The one and only Solid Snake is the main symbol of stealth action games, Solid Snake will never be caught, and when he does, a nice gun fight will do the job, or perhaps run away and hide in a cardboard box and perhaps smoke a ciggerete at the same time if you wish, but what made him number 4 on our list is mainly MGS4, where you play as Old Snake, i mean, an old veteran crawling through battles and taking every enemy and boss down when needed, sneaking behind an enemy and choak him to death, pretty badass given the fact that he is old.

Ryu, this extremely powerful ninja masters virtually every type of weapon and form of martial arts, and he will rip apart anyone who stands in his way, if its kicking off their head like in the picture above, or hack and slash each and every one of them till the whole floor is covered with blood, ryu is a badass

Alex Mercer, the main character in the recently released Prototype is one hell of a badass, he can change the shape of his arms to many uniqe weapons that cut through everything possible, he jumps and smashes everything in his path, tanks, helicopters, anything. Alex can even suck another persons body so he will be able to change his form and look like the guy he just sucked, once again…badass.
