Tomb Raider “Reborn” Trailer: A Little Bit of Lara Croft in All of Us

Reignite the will to survive. And possibly date.

The newest Tomb Raider trailer has just hit. Titled “Reborn”, it attempts to put a sort of “We are” spin on the whole survivor aspect that the reboot pushes so hard for.

For the most part, it works. Til you get to that guy who sounds like he’s saying “Dating” instead of “Daring”.

Nonetheless, it’s a compelling trailer and helps to sell us on the intensity of the experience ahead of the March 5th release. As a retelling of Lara’s origins, Tomb Raider takes us on a journey to a crazy island full of crazy crazies whom the young Croft must battle to survive.

Along the way, she’ll pick up various tools including a hunting bow and pick-axe before gaining the fire-arms that made her famous. This will also be the first Tomb Raider to feature multiplayer support for avid gamers.

Tomb Raider is currently scheduled to release for Xbox 360, PC and PS3.
