Crystal Dynamics and Square Enix have released a new trailer hyping the launch of Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition for the Xbox One and PS4. It will be launching on January 28th and see the 2013 action adventure title updated with new native 1080p visuals. Check it out above.

Of course, those visuals haven’t been without controversy. Though there will be 60 FPS on the PS4, there have been rumours that the Xbox One version will be capped at 30 FPS. The recent news that both versions will be developed by different studios hasn’t helped up clear up matters either. At the very least, the rumour of the Xbox One version being 30 FPS is still just that – a rumour.

Regardless, the Definitive Edition will mark the first step toward’s a next generation Lara Croft. Are you looking forward to it and will you be picking it up for either Xbox One or PS4? Let us know what you think in the comments below.
