Tekken 8 - Heihachi

Tekken 8’s next DLC fighter, Heihachi Mishima, joins the roster on October 3rd worldwide. Year 1 Pass owners get access on September 30th, allowing them to go hands-on with The King of the Iron Fist himself early. Check out his first gameplay trailer below.

Thought to be dead (again) after the events of Tekken 7, Heihachi has returned, somehow stronger than ever. While his classic Mishima Karate moves remain, activating Heat causes his muscles to glow red and a strange chest scar to become more prominent. Of course, this also occurs with the Rage Art, which sees him harnessing the power of thunder for a heavy strike.

While Heihachi arrives early next week for Year 1 Pass holders, a new free story chapter, “Unforgotten Echoes,” will become available for all players. It features several characters that didn’t appear during The Dark Awakens Story Mode, like Eddy Gordo, Lidia, and Heihachi, though Reina and Yoshimitsu also feature. Stay tuned for more details en route to its release.

Tekken 8 is available for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC. Check out our review of the base game.
