New Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX Trailer ‘Introduces The Magic’

If by magic you mean batshit insanity, then sure.

Okay, so I have some terribly mixed feelings about Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX. It simultaneously houses the one game, the game I identify with the single moment in time that the series jumped the shark, went off the rails, and completely lost it with increasingly convoluted story arcs and needless spin-offs… and it houses my favorite Kingdom Hearts game as well. (by the way, I’m talking about Kingdom Hearts II and Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep respectively).

I guess, this is as good a package as any if you want to catch up on all the numerous, tumultuous, and absolutely unnecessary plot developments that have occurred in the series since the first two games, this package is as good an option as any to catch up. On the other hand, I, for one, see Square Enix’s desperate attempts to gather all the vastly sprawled and disparate threads of (unnecessary) Kingdom Hearts plot as a tacit admission on their part that they screwed up in the first place.
