After having showcased Sektor and Cyrax with previous trailer, WB Games and NetherRealm Studios are now turning their attention to Noob Saibot, the third returning character that’s set to be added to Mortal Kombat 1 with its upcoming Khaos Reigns expansion.

A new trailer hints at Noob Saibot’s role in the story, with Titan Havik having stolen Bi-Han’s soul to make the perfect, most terrifying warrior- and terrifying he is. The trailer offers plenty of glimpses of Noob Saibot’s moveset, showcasing his shadow attacks, teleportation, projectile attacks, and more.

His Fatality is also showcased, as you would expect, and it is appropriately brutal, with Noob creating a shadowy clone of himself and the two working together to rip their enemy’s (Liu Kang, in this case) skeleton out of their body. His Animality, which sees him turning into a crocodile, is also teased. Check out the trailer below.

Mortal Kombat 1: Khaos Reigns is due out on September 24 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and PC. After the expansion’s release, the game will also add three guest DLC fighters in the form of T-1000 from Terminator 2, Ghostface from Scream, and Conan the Barbarian.
