Horizon Forbidden West

Horizon Forbidden West is launching soon, and while its main story is going to be one of the biggest draws for a large number of people, it’s going to have plenty else on offer as well. Guerrilla Games’ open world action RPG is going to be teeming with content littered throughout its vast world, and Sony has released a new trailer to highlight some of that.

Beginning with a focus on travelling through various settlements and keeping an eye on your weapons, outfits, and their upgrades, the trailer then moves on to a number of open world activities that players will be able to take on. Regalla’s rebel Tenakth faction has several outposts throughout the map that players will be able to clear one by one, Scavenger Contracts will task Aloy with hunting down specific machines for specific components, and various other activities like an arena to fight fearsome machines, races against other mounted machine riders, cauldrons to track down and explore, and more will also keep players occupied. Check out the trailer below for more details.

Horizon Forbidden West launches for PS5 and PS4 on February 18.
