Recent leaks claimed that after Ghost of Tsushima, God of War Ragnarok would be the next big single-player first-party PlayStation game to make its way over to PC, and as expected, that announcement was made officially at Sony’s recent State of Play presentation.

God of War Ragnarok is coming to PC this September, along with its free roguelike DLC Valhalla. The action-adventure title’s PC port is developed by Jetpack Interactive, just like its predecessor’s PC version, and will feature support for uncapped frame rates, super ultrawide resolution, DLSS 3.7, FSR 3.1, and XESS 1.3. Check out the PC version’s announcement trailer below.

In our review of God of War Ragnarok upon its 2022 release, we awarded it a score of 10/10, saying, “God of War Ragnarok surpasses its predecessor in every way. From its captivating story to its thrilling combat to the endlessly explorable and wonderfully designed Nine Realms of Norse mythology, it’s an unequivocal triumph from top to bottom.” Read the full review through here.

God of War Ragnarok is currently available on PS5 and PS4. As of last November, the game has sold over 15 million units worldwide.
