EA and Microsoft Announced New Partnership, Ignite Engine Revealed

UFC, FIFA, Madden NFL 25, and NBA Live to feature on Xbox One.

Electronic Arts announced that it will be entering into a partnership with Microsoft to bring four of its top sports titles, namely UFC, FIFA 14, Madden NFL 25, and NBA Live 14 to Xbox One this year.

The published also debuted its new Ignite Engine, and tons of new gameplay videos to showcase just why its next generation engine is such a big deal.

Executive Vice President and Head of EA Sports Andrew Wilson stated that, “Through years of investment and innovation, we have built technology across EA Sports to create a game engine that will deliver stunning accuracy, realism and experiences that we previously could only dream about.

“With EA Sports, Ignite and the power of next generation consoles, our games will come alive—with more authenticity, more emotion, more connectivity, and more fun.”

The Xbox One will also reportedly be receiving exclusive content from each of the games announced above, thanks to this new partnership. Check out the Ignite Engine below.
