Last year came the surprise hit of Disco Elysium. The narrative-driven title was something else including an incredible new take on the point and click style adventure game. We’ve been hearing about the game coming to consoles for quite some time, but it seems we will have to wait a bit longer than originally anticipated, but there is some bonuses here.
As revealed at The Game Awards 2020, a new version of the game will come next year called The Final Cut. It will feature new content, full voice acting and a visual upgrade. For those on PC, where the game originally released, you will get a free upgrade, but it will also come to both Stadia as well as all major consoles at different time periods. The game follows a detective who has lost his memory and you must decide what type of person he is as he navigates many mysteries with a straight-edged partner.
Disco Elysium – The Final Cut will release on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, PC and Stadia March 2021 with Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One and Switch versions coming Summer of next year.
