Alien Isolation’s Stomp Trailer Brings A World Of Hurt

Sadly, the Three Laws of Robotics can't protect you here.

The Creative Assembly has outlined various ways to die in Alien: Isolation and not all of them are via genocidal Xenomorph. Check out the latest vignette from the developer for more information.

We get to see one of those freaky cyborgs with the glowing dead looking eyes literally stomp on our character Amanda’s face. The best part is when the robot brings one finger to its lips as if to say “Shh” before stomping on her again.

The key thing to take away from this trailer is not how the violence is trivialised or how brutal it is, but how quickly and easily you can meet your end. If you don’t stay on your toes and act quickly, you’re toast. Have a good time up on that ship, I’ll stay down here on Earth thank you very much.

Alien: Isolation is out on October 7th worldwide for the Xbox One, PS4, Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
